If, despite all the attention we pay to the quality of our products and shipping, you are not satisfied, here are the terms and conditions for returns:
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:

EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product.
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all packaging included. Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
